Today was a very event filled day, and everyone seemed to have a ton of fun.
We visited Ad Astra Rocket Company, where we got a look at their facility, where they are focusing on the development of a sustainable future with hydrogen gas for cars, as well as the development of a Plasma Rocket for more efficient and faster space.
It was very interesting to look at a facility that aims to achieve so much when the facility is only operated by nine people. It gave me a sense that big things can be accomplished by the greatest minds rather than numbers.
A little bit latter, we also were able to visit a ranch for lunch. There, we also were able to take part in the sugar making process, learn more about the Costa Rican lifestyles of the past, tradition, and it's beautiful culture! It was really fun to make sugar the old fashion way, and sing in Spanish with everyone. Definitely a big highlight of trip so far!
